Each Colombian harvest produces a small percentage of ?caracolito? beans. These beans are recognized by their small size and round shape, attributes that result from the formation of a single seed inside the coffee cherry. From this exotic bean, Juan Valdez has developed ?Colina?, a coffee with smooth texture, medium body, and medium acidity.
Balanced with residual sweet notes, smooth texture, silky broaden body, and notes of toasted nuts.
