DRESSING & SAUCE DIRECTIONS: Add contents of this packet to ½ gallon buttermilk and mix with a wire whip or electric mixer at low speed. Add ½ gallon mayonnaise and continue mixing until smooth. For optimum flavor and thickness refrigerate for 12 hours before serving. Keep refrigerated. Stir before using. Makes 1 Gallon. For a chunky blue cheese recipe, add 40 ounces crumbled blue cheese (or to taste).
